Despite being 31, 4 months pregnant, and unemployed, I've decided to re-enter the world of the nostalgic web and create some little websites for my personal enjoyment! Will I gain anything from this? Objectively, not really. But I like to see it as using my brain in a fun way, learning more about code and updating my outdated knowledge that I do already have.
That being said, this page will serve as my journal, a place to freely write my random thoughts (and trust me, I've got plenty) while avoiding the state of modern social media altogether, which to me sounds like a fantastic time.
I will say though, I totally forgot how time consuming designing and coding can be. I totally sunk about 12 hours into designing my main page and this page yesterday, but honestly, I have zero regrets. I fully enjoyed myself and I will continue to do so.
